Down to the home stretch!

Hey everyone,

I decided to save this post for April 2nd because I didn’t want to get wrapped up in any April fool’s shenanigans, so here’s the situation.

The Silver Ninja: Indoctrination is down to the last leg before publication. Right now I am in the polish pass where I clean up the language, make everything flow, and am essentially done with rewrites. There’s still a scene or two that needs a tweak here and there, but most everything else is good to go. It has been a long and painful process, in some cases, I find myself doubting as to which experience was worse. Publishing my first book or suffering harsh critiques on the second one after I thought I had improved.

Regardless, here are some new changes -you- the reader will benefit from.

– A Silver Ninja merchandise store will be opening soon. This means that if you want posters, rugs, clocks, shirts with Silver Ninja artwork on them, this will be available to you after the book’s launch.

– The book cover artwork will be revealed on the same day that the book launches. It is well worth the wait and I’m chomping at the bit to show it to you all.

– I may have a HARDCOVER version available for sale through lulu.com. Obviously more expensive, but the option will be available for you die-hard readers.

– I am considering starting a newsletter that will be sent to your inbox when you want updates. That way, you don’t need to check my blog/facebook/twitter for updates.

I’d like to give you an exact date for when the book gets released, but I’m not quite there yet. I still need time to do the more tedious things like formatting it for Kindle, Smashwords, and print. I also need to do one more editing pass with a highlighter on a physical copy to make sure I’ve nicked all the typos.

I’m confident this book will be done in April and cannot wait to get it in your hands.

Trust me, there’s no one else who wants this book published more than me.

Next blog post will be the BOOK COVER REVEAL.

See you then!
